Where will the conference be held? 
Hyatt Centric Hotel Downtown, Nashville, TN. 

What is the cost to attend the conference? 
Same price as last year, $398 per person, credit card payments only

What is the dress code for the conference? 
This is a Western themed event, boots, spurs, 1o gallon hats, and lassos are all encouraged, but we want you to be comfortable so casual is totally fine! There’s a prize for the best-dressed cowboy or cowgirl!

What is the best way to book sleeping rooms for the conference and how much are they? 
We have secured discounted group rates at the Hyatt Centric Downtown Hotel, click here for more info. Alternatively, you can stay at the hotel of your choice. 

Is a hotel room included in the registration fee? 
No, the registration fee is for the conference only. 

If I'm sharing a room with other attendees, do we all need to register for the conference together?
Yup, partner, whether you're ridin' solo or with a sidekick, each one needs their own conference registration to wrangle entry. 
 
Can I bring a guest? 
Yes, you may purchase one registration for yourself and one registration for a guest. The price is the same for each attendee.
 
How many people can I register at one time?
You can register as many as you'd like, in groups of 4 people per transaction on the registration website. 

Who can attend this conference? 
All 2% Realty and 3% Realty Franchise owners, REALTORs, and staff along with their guests.

Is the Dinner open to everyone? 
Yes, these are for both you and your guest to attend, as long as you have both registered for the conference and paid the registration fee.

Can I purchase a single day pass or one event only ticket? 
No, the conference fee is a package price.

What if I need to cancel? 
Once you register, your ticket is non-refundable. In a special circumstance, please contact Roy Almog directly.

Are there rules on photographing and recording the conference? 
Please take photos and post away! You're also welcome to record short snippets of video at the conference, but recording entire sessions is not allowed. 

Will you be able to accommodate food allergy or dietary requests? 
Absolutely! Please email ashley.pepper@2percentrealty.ca if you or your guest have specific food allergies or dietary requests.

Can I register for the conference after arriving at the event? 
Unfortunately, no. You must register early to ensure a spot. Our registration deadline will close on October 10, 2024.

Should I bring my laptop/tablet to take notes? 
Yes, you are welcome to bring your devices (even pen and paper)!
